Important Tips
|
You will want to send out your invitations between 6-8 weeks before
your wedding. Six weeks is the average, 7-8 weeks if you have a
lot of out of town guests. Please order about 10% more envelopes
when placing your invitation order (usually they come in packs of 25).
This allows for mistakes, later additions, and those few envelopes that
may come back to you for one reason or another. It’s much cheaper to
order extras when placing your order, than to go back and reorder them
later.

Most average sized calligraphy jobs can be lettered in 2 weeks. I am
happy to accept rush jobs (anything required to be finished in less than a
week for 20% extra). I have found that sometimes ordering and
sending the invitations sneaks up on brides, so working backwards from your
wedding date, you’ll want to place your order for invitations about 3
months before the big day.
